The Scientific and Medical Research Ethics Committee (BİTEK), established within the Izmir City Hospital, has officially begun its operations to ensure that academic and scientific studies are conducted in accordance with international ethical standards. The expert team, consisting of 1 chairperson, 9 full members, and 4 alternate members, will guide the non-clinical research to be conducted at the hospital.
