Patients & Visitors

How to Get Examined?

    • Patients can apply by contacting the relevant outpatient clinic secretaries or by scheduling an appointment through the Ministry of Health's MHRS call center at 182.
    • Applications must be made with an official photo ID document containing the patient's identity information.

    • The patient has the right to choose their physician. Monthly Physician Working Schedules are available at all outpatient clinics.

    • Greeting, information, and guidance personnel are assigned to assist patients visiting our institution in order to facilitate their access to services.

    • Appointment registrations are handled by the medical secretary of the respective outpatient clinic.

    • Priority for registration is given to emergency cases (sudden onset illnesses, accidents, injuries, etc., and cases where a physician determines that immediate medical intervention is required), individuals with disabilities, pregnant women, patients over the age of 65, children under the age of 7, widows and orphans of martyrs of war and duty, and disabled veterans. Additionally, for forensic cases referred by law enforcement, the prosecutor's office/law enforcement must notify the healthcare institution in advance and schedule an appointment.

    • If patients wish to keep their identity information confidential and inform the relevant secretary, the rules outlined in the 'Written Arrangement Procedure for Ensuring Patient Confidentiality' are applied.
