Inform the operator of your preferred hospital, outpatient clinic, and physician (if any). The operator will provide you with the available dates and time slots. Make your selection to finalize your appointment.
Booking an Appointment Online Visit www.mhrs.gov.tr for the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS). When logging into the system for the first time, a separate account must be created for each citizen. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account. Once your account is set up, log in using your T.C. ID number and password by clicking the "Book an Appointment" (Randevu Al) button.
