İZMİR CITY HOSPITAL GENERAL HOSPITAL RULES
For all admissions and other procedures in our hospital, patients are required to present an official identity card, such as a national ID card, driver's license, or marriage certificate. Please do not forget to bring at least one of these documents with you.
Please adhere to the appointment times scheduled for your outpatient clinic examinations. Ensure you arrive at the hospital at least 15 minutes before your examination time.
To provide a peaceful environment for our patients, please be careful not to speak loudly, make noise, or engage in behavior that may disturb other patients.
Within the hospital premises, the use of tobacco, tobacco products, and alcohol is strictly prohibited in accordance with Law No. 4207. We would like to strongly remind you that necessary legal actions will be initiated against those found violating this rule.
If you encounter a suspicious situation or person, please seek assistance from the security guards.
In the event of the loss or theft of any of your belongings, or if you notice an unattended item, please inform the security guard and/or the unit supervisor of the relevant department.
Do not ask for help from individuals you do not know, and do not accept their offers of assistance. If needed, please seek help from our hospital's information and guidance staff, who can be identified by their official uniforms and ID badges.
Should you need one, you can obtain a wheelchair within our hospital from the greeting and guidance personnel.
